The South Carolina Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators (SCIAAI) and the Florence County Fire Rescue are pleased to announce a comprehensive training seminar covering the NFPA 1033 requirements outlined in the 2022 edition.
The instructors for this seminar will be from Fire Investigation Training Group LLC.
This two-day course is designed to assist fire investigators in meeting all requirements outlined in the 2022 edition of NFPA 1033.
Participants will engage in a combination of lecture-based instruction, hands-on exercises, and live burn demonstrations to reinforce key concepts and skills essential to fire investigation.
Evaluators will be on-site to check off the JPR for the IAAI CFI curriculum.
The attendance fee is $185 for members and $200 for nonmembers.
Hotels and lunch are not included.
Pre-registration is required and can be completed online at www.sciaai.org.
The registration deadline is Monday, March 22, 2026.
Nonmember attendance requires prior approval from the SCIAAI Board.
